Key Responsibilities- Financial Analysis: Compile and sort financial documents, verify and post business transactions, and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records, and review for accuracy.
- Financial Data Management: Code data for input to financial data processing systems, review and balance computer reports, and make corrections.
- Financial Planning: Compile cost reports, revenue and balance sheets, and reconcile report discrepancies and problems.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
- Experience: Up to two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills: Knowledge of accounting software and spreadsheet software.
- Visual and Physical Demands: Regularly required to see, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. Occasionally required to stand, walk, and talk or hear.
- Interpersonal Skills: Able to interact with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor.
