Account Development and Service Lead

We are seeking an experienced Account Development and Service Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and developing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
About the Role:
This role requires strong sales and customer service skills, as well as the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, and provide regular updates on sales performance and progress.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
