Job Summary:

This role provides direct clinical patient care to patients on a per shift basis, ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. The role is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating direct clinical care to assigned patients, as well as supervising staff to ensure competency and effective care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Active and current registered nurse license in the state of residence/practice
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing

Education and Certifications:

  • Required: Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school
  • Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
  • Required: Must be currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice the profession as required by law, regulation, or policy. CPR certification
