Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor and report patient progress to the Charge Nurse and other healthcare professionals
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
  • CPR certification
  • Academic degree in nursing (Bachelors or Masters degree) preferred
