Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and monitoring patient conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, current condition, and treatment goals.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team, including physicians, therapists, and other nurses, to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) with a valid RN license in the state of Alabama.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- At least 1 year of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a post-surgical or medical-surgical unit.
