  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Conduct regular rounds to assess patient needs and ensure that care is being delivered in a timely and effective manner.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • 1 year RN experience in an acute care setting.
  • Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a Registered Nurse.
