Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Acute Medical Nurse to join our team at Princeton Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct clinical patient care and assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care on a per shift basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
  • Provide direct clinical care to assigned patients, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff, ensuring that patients receive high-quality, safe, and appropriate care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellent patient care.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
  • CPR certification.
  • Academic degree in nursing (Bachelors or Masters degree) preferred.
