Position Summary
As a member of the nursing faculty team, you will have the opportunity to inspire and shape the future of nursing education. Your role will involve creating transformative learning experiences that resonate with students and foster their professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement the College's philosophy, curriculum, and course objectives through effective teaching in classroom, online, and clinical settings.
- Innovate and revise course materials annually to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Oversee clinical experiences, ensuring they meet educational standards and provide valuable learning opportunities.
- Mentor students and serve as a professional role model, guiding their development in the nursing field.

Professional Development
Engage in continuous professional activities beyond the university, contributing to the advancement of nursing education and practice. Participate in academic advisement and collaborate on student retention and graduation initiatives.

Qualifications
- A Master's Degree in Nursing is required.
- Current professional nurse licensure in the state of North Carolina.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment.
