Role Summary
The Clinical Nurse Educator plays a crucial role in delivering professional nursing care through thorough assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation, adhering to established facility or departmental protocols under the guidance of nursing leadership. This position is essential in maintaining a safe working environment and fulfilling all job responsibilities with safety as a priority. The educator also ensures clinical and professional competency tailored to the patient demographics served.

Physical Requirements
This role requires physical activities such as walking, standing, sitting, lifting, reaching, bending, pushing, and pulling. The ability to lift and support up to 35 pounds is necessary for handling patients and medical equipment. Effective communication in English is essential, along with intact sensory functions. Critical thinking and the ability to respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions are also required.
Qualifications
Candidates must be graduates from an accredited School of Nursing, with a BSN preferred. Current Basic Life Support certification is required. A valid RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice is mandatory.
