Behavioral Health Specialist

Waterfall Community Health Center is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing supervision and training to behavior technicians and behavior analysis interventionists.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments for clients on caseload and utilize assessment data to identify need for services, treatment modality, intensity, and frequency.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment data, evidence-based practices, and trauma-informed best-practices.
- Provide training to parents/guardians on treatment techniques and maintain positive working relations with clients' families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation associated with comprehensive electronic client files.
- Establish a clinical pathway for interdisciplinary collaboration and provide supervision for behavior technicians and behavior analysis interventionists.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
- Unrestricted Oregon license administered by the Behavior Analyst Regulatory Board (BARB) to practice Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) card.
- Nonviolent Crisis Prevention (CPI) certification (upon hire).
