This individual will lead the strategic direction and development of our global integration platform, with a focus on standardizing client integrations, creating a partner ecosystem to enhance operational efficiency, and ensuring seamless integration workflows.

This critical position is integral to our Digital Transformation strategy and demands a forward-thinking and results-oriented leader with a proven track record in driving large-scale digital initiatives, particularly within the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership in the formulation and implementation of enterprise integration platform strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Design and architect future integration frameworks, utilizing cutting-edge technologies and industry best practices.
  • Continuously assess and refine integration methodologies to remain ahead of market trends and customer expectations.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration with business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize projects, and enhance functionality and service delivery.
  • Develop and manage integration platform roadmaps, overseeing the complete project lifecycle to ensure timely and successful implementation of enterprise systems and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Identify and engage strategic integration partners to strengthen our partner ecosystem and expand solution offerings.
  • Lead a team of specialists in requirements analysis, solution design, implementation, and support of the integration platform.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team, fostering talent and empowering individuals to achieve their full potential.
  • Drive governance processes, roadmap planning, and resource allocation to ensure alignment with strategic goals and efficient resource utilization.
  • Act as a high-level escalation point for troubleshooting and incident management, ensuring prompt resolution and conducting post-incident reviews.
  • Manage Total Cost of Ownership, vendor contracts, and relationships.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to executive leadership and business stakeholders regarding product roadmaps, project delivery, and service performance of the integration platform.
  • Adhere to technical standards, security protocols, and data privacy regulations, enforcing best practices to maximize system uptime and reliability.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field is required; a Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in deploying and managing enterprise integration platforms and digital transformation initiatives at scale in a global context, maximizing business value.
  • Industry knowledge in logistics, particularly freight forwarding, is highly preferred.
  • Expertise in SDLC, Agile methodologies, ITIL, PMO/PMP, Integration Technologies (API, EDI, Web Services), Reporting, and Advanced Analytics.
  • Experience in managing budgets, vendor contracts, and both onshore and offshore teams.
  • Proficiency in enterprise integration platforms such as CData, Boomi, and Informatica.
  • Familiarity with CargoWise One Transport Management System is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships, prioritize effectively, and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
