As a sales leader, you will be responsible for developing account plans and sales strategies with funnel forecast and revenue growth accuracy, as well as maintaining effective long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and increase revenues.
The ideal candidate should have more than 10 years of business sales experience, with a proven track record of winning sales opportunities in the Fortune 500 High Tech and Media segment. Additionally, they should have 7-10 years of wireless industry experience and 4-7 years of people management experience in a sales environment. A bachelor's degree is preferred. In terms of compensation, the total target cash pay range for this role is $168,700 - $304,300, inclusive of target incentives. Employees in regular, non-temporary Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives. We also offer comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending account, 401(k), employee stock grants, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, and up to 12 paid holidays annually.
