Kestra Medical Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Care Coordinator - Patient Fitting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating patient fitting activities in support of our sales organization and Regional Clinical Advisors (RCAs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaison between Corporate Headquarters and Field Teams: Act as a liaison between corporate headquarters and field teams to ensure seamless coordination of patient fitting activities.
  • Field Technical Resource: Provide effective and efficient service of patient fittings as a field technical resource.
  • Key Fitter Relationships: Develop and maintain key fitter relationships to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Streamlined Certification Process: Coordinate and report on activities to align with a streamlined certification process and fitter readiness.
  • Forecasting and Inventory Management: Assess forecasting and inventory level needs for indirect fitters.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate with Sales Training Department on field-based content requests and deliverables.
  • Continuous Improvement: Track metrics for continuous improvement on service and fit and train training processes.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Track and document in Salesforce our multi-step fitter certification process and report on profit and loss costs for dispatching and fitter activities.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Liaison with operations and IT to drive improvements to our A-Z software platform from a fitter and dispatching perspective.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Liaison with legal and regulatory departments regarding contracting and training processes.
  • Contract Management: Liaison with headquarters for new 1099's and agencies regarding completed contracts and other paperwork requirements.
  • Interview Process: Assist with the interview process for independent 1099's as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory requests and tracking for independent 1099's and agencies.
  • Training and Development: Provide communication, agendas, and logistics support for field-based training events to the fitting teams.
  • Team Support: May be asked to cover RCA team for vacancies, leaves of absence, and to train new hires.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience.
  • Clinical Background: Minimum 3 years clinical background with direct patient experience, including nurses, respiratory therapists, catheterization lab technicians, physician assistants, ECG technicians, or paramedics.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent presentation and public speaking skills with a clear and simple communication style, strong interpersonal skills with communicating and assisting clinicians with providing care for patients.
  • Organizational and Project Management Skills: Highly organized, service and detail-oriented, strong project management, organization of multiple projects simultaneously, and accounting skills.
  • Valid Driver's License: Valid driver's license in state of residence with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Remote Work: Ability to consistently work remotely.
  • Credentialing: Must be able to achieve credentialing for hospital system entry, including documentation of vaccination and immunization status, pass background check, pass drug screening testing, review and agree to hospital policies and procedures, and completion of online courses, i.e., HIPAA, Bloodborne Pathogens, and Electrical/Fire Safety.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
  • Direct Cardiac Patient Care Experience: Direct cardiac patient care experience, including RN, RT, CVIS, Paramedic, or CRM.
  • Sales Experience: Experience working in sales or a sales support role.
