Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls related to eligibility, benefits, claims, and authorization of services from members or providers.
  • Research and articulately communicate information to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Supervise customer care staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
