Job Summary

We are seeking a professional Real Estate Specialist to serve as a crucial intermediary between sellers and buyers. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing listings, guiding clients, and ensuring a seamless transaction process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide friendly guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property under the best terms.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate the value of properties.
  • Client Needs: Understand clients' needs and financial capabilities to propose suitable solutions.
  • Sales Promotion: Promote sales through creative advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
  • Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Demonstrated aptitude in negotiation and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Driven by results and committed to providing trustworthy service.
  • Proven track record of sales success in the real estate industry.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
