Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Legal Administrative Assistant to provide litigation support to our attorneys in our Burlington office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing, proofreading, and editing legal documents, bills, and managing attorney/client relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and edit legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
  • Manage attorney/client relations, including scheduling appointments and communicating with clients
  • Assist with the preparation of bills and invoices
  • Provide administrative support to our attorneys, including preparing meeting materials and taking minutes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or higher level of education preferred
  • At least two years of relevant administrative experience
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
