Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Manager to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of the Triad - East NC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of job costing within RMS and QuickBooks Accounting Software, as well as maintaining all accounting, computer, and financial records for the franchise in conjunction with a CPA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of the franchise as needed when the owner is not available
  • Maintain payroll files and process weekly payroll
  • Process weekly Accounts Payable and handle sub-contractor paperwork, including W-9 and Insurance Certificates
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations utilizing internal office systems
  • Set up new employees and manage Vehicle Records with the help of the Mitigation Manager
  • Pays subcontractors and vendors and keeps office supplies in stock
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be empathetic and able to show a sense of urgency while communicating through modern technology. They will also be able to problem solve and help people find solutions, as well as maintain Accounts Payable files and build rapport with customers and team members.
