Executive Office Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, organize meetings, and coordinate travel plans for senior executives.
- Draft and refine correspondence, reports, presentations, and various documents as required.
- Serve as the primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems for efficient information retrieval.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and special events.
- Conduct research and gather data to support executive decision-making.
- Prioritize and respond to incoming communications on behalf of executives.
- Assist with project management duties, tracking deadlines and ensuring deliverables are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take initiative.
- Attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
Benefits: Competitive salary range $60,000 to $80,000 based on experience and qualifications.
