In this role, you will be responsible for award administration, advising stakeholders on graduate funding, and providing information to students and departments on funding eligibility criteria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and enforce Academic Apprentice Personnel policies and procedures
  • Manage designated funding based on assigned programs
  • Research and reconcile Division of Graduate Education (DGE) accounts, general ledgers, and payroll relating to student financial activity
  • Generate regular and ad hoc reports on DGE awards and academic apprentice personnel policy
  • Train departmental users on DGE-based interfaces/systems and Financial Aid Management (FAM) System
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of university and extramural policies and procedures
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be required to work at least 6 hours per year at DGE special events.
