Job Summary:

The Senior Banker will serve as the first point of contact for financial center clients, helping to uncover personal banking needs and providing solutions to meet those needs. Key Responsibilities:
  • Partners with teams to provide financial center clients with consumer and small business solutions, services, and strategies.
  • Assists, educates, and trains clients on conducting simple transactions through self-service technologies.
  • Leverages available resources, technologies, and processes to optimize the client experience and deliver operational excellence and accuracy.
  • Adheres to established processes, laws, and guidelines in performing day-to-day activities.
  • Manages client interactions by taking the best course of action for the bank and its clients.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment.
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results.
  • Collaborates effectively to get things done, building and nurturing strong relationships.
  • Displays passion, commitment, and drive to deliver an experience that improves our clients' financial lives.
  • Confident in identifying solutions for helping new and existing clients based on their needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information, technology platforms, handle ambiguity, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Applies strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet clients' needs.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to organize, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Commissioned notary or ability to obtain a notary commission in the state of California within a few months of start date.
