About the Role

The Financial Systems Analyst will play a key role in the implementation, maintenance, and review of financial systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and functionality. This individual will support the organization's strategic financial objectives and provide valuable insights to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze existing financial systems to identify areas for improvement
  • Support the implementation, maintenance, and review of financial systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
  • Provide expert end-to-end knowledge to users in automated financial systems and use of financial system applications
  • Document processes, procedures, and system configurations
Requirements
  • Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship
  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent education in a related field of study
  • Two or more years of experience in FP&A, Accounting or related experience working with financial planning systems
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel using advanced formulas, pivots, charts, and graphs, data imports and database optimization
  • Familiarity of automation/programming as it relates to financial systems
