About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work with K-12 students in a school setting near Hickory, North Carolina. This full-time position involves providing behavior assistance, consultation, and guidance for addressing complex student behaviors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students.

  • Provide consultation and guidance to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff to address complex student behaviors.

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze behavioral data to inform strategies.

  • Deliver direct behavior support and interventions to students as needed.

  • Train school staff and families on behavior management techniques and strategies.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support IEP and 504 Plan goals.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, making adjustments as necessary.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.

  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

  • Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in a school setting.

  • Strong understanding of evidence-based behavioral interventions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Soliant offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
