Job Summary
This role involves administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient care. As a critical care specialist, you will utilize your skills and knowledge to make a meaningful impact on patient wellbeing.

Responsibilities
* Administer medications as per prescribed protocols * Monitor patient conditions, recording and communicating as necessary * Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care * Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, nutrition, and ambulation * Evaluate learning needs of patients and families, providing education accordingly * Work as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients

Requirements
* Current state RN license required * Bachelor's degree preferred * Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire * ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of hire * One year of experience preferred * ASLS certification preferred
