The Airport Valet is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to airport parking customers. This role requires a friendly, professional, and quick approach to greet and acknowledge all customers, ensuring a responsive and satisfying experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Approach and greet all customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Use respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns
  • Provide excellent customer service by being quick and responsive to customer needs
  • Follow all company procedures and comply with all safety regulations

Essential Functions

  • Assist parking customers with luggage
  • Inspect and document vehicle for damages upon arrival to Valet Parking
  • Drive vehicles to drive-thru car wash, as needed
  • Accurately track tickets and car keys
  • Work cooperatively with other team members
  • Perform other related duties as directed by Operations Manager

Requirements

  • One year of similar experience preferred
  • Must be able to drive manual transmission
  • Must have a Valid Driver's License
