Position Overview
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure compliance by maintaining employee records, while collaborating with a dedicated team to ensure the office operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain logs and patient assignment lists.
2. Manage the Administration Binder containing all necessary insurances and records.
3. Supervise caregivers and conduct performance evaluations at designated intervals.
4. Utilize a point system to enhance office staff efficiency in filling open shifts, assigning the most suitable caregiver for each client promptly, ensuring consistent quality care, and generating reports for upper management.
5. Office Oversight:
- Quality Assurance
- Inquiry Management
- Client Assessments
- Conduct annual performance reviews for both office staff and caregivers.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
6. Responsible for the recruitment, training, supervision, performance management, and disciplinary actions of all administrative and direct care personnel.
7. Collaborate with the CEO to develop a marketing and sales strategy aimed at maintaining and expanding our market share across various regions.
8. Minimum of one year of experience in the Home Care sector.
9. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required.
