- Utilize lead management tools to track and manage customer interactions, ensuring a seamless sales experience.
- Compile and submit reports, forms, and other documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Exhibit exceptional customer service skills, providing a high level of satisfaction and building strong relationships with our customers.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales performance.
- Must possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the job, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA and possess a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and other required assessments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous automotive sales experience, with a strong understanding of the industry and market trends.
