Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Channel Engagement Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating customer visits, developing sales materials, and supporting product launches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate customer visits to our manufacturing facilities, ensuring smooth execution and effective communication with internal teams and customers.
  • Develop and distribute sales materials, including presentations and sales communications, to support customer visits and sales trainings.
  • Support commercialization efforts for new or modified product launches, developing new sales tools and resources.
  • Collaborate with Commercialization Leader, Marketing, and Product Management to create compelling and informative presentations for customer visits and sales trainings.
  • Manage a repository of sales materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in marketing, communications, sales administration, event coordination, or a related role.
  • Tactful and assertive leadership skills to effectively interact with the field (account managers, sales assistants, customers).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of HVAC, or similar products, is beneficial but not required.
