Job Overview:

The Marketing Associate will report to the Senior Lead Generation Manager and will be instrumental in supporting the daily production and logistics of webinars, virtual events, and lead generation initiatives such as white papers, eBooks, quizzes, and surveys.

This role also includes tracking key metrics, assisting with marketing strategies, supporting advertising sales representatives, and managing digital advertising across various online platforms.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with logistics for each webinar in collaboration with the On24 technology vendor.
  • Manage the annual schedule for webinars, white papers, eBooks, and other lead generation products, ensuring all key performance indicators (KPIs) are current.
  • Oversee campaign status and updates utilizing the project management tool, Asana.
  • Act as the primary liaison with sponsors from initial calls through planning and post-campaign wrap-up, ensuring seamless campaign delivery and timely reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal and external designers to create branded assets, including emails, advertisements, and online promotions for each campaign.
  • Prepare marketing materials for campaigns using HTML and the marketing automation platform, Eloqua.
  • Develop social media campaigns and provide follow-up analytics.
  • Support lead generation and digital revenue marketing initiatives in conjunction with the marketing team.
  • Update sales materials, including the online media kit and promotional emails as necessary.

Essential Skills:
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with HTML and marketing automation technologies (e.g., Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, or Hubspot).
  • Excellent written communication skills and experience in client-facing roles.

Desirable Skills:
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana.
  • Experience in creating and managing social media campaigns.

Qualifications:
  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
