About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager/STEM Coordinator to join our team at Code Ninjas. As a key member of our center operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring a fun and safe learning environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Center Operations: Oversee daily operations of the center, including managing staff, scheduling, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Student Engagement: Work with parents to define children's learning needs, engage with children and families in the center, and ensure parents understand how their child is learning and progressing.
  • Business Development: Follow up with leads, schedule tours, and enroll new students, as well as work with schools and local organizations to plan events and promote our services.
  • Communication: Work with our software to maintain communication with clients, and ensure that parents are informed about their child's progress and any important updates.
  • Center Management: Uphold corporate standards with respect to center cleanliness and operational standards, and be willing to learn from and communicate with our hands-on owners.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven work history with children ages 7 and up, and enthusiasm for working with kids.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of business operations, sales, and team leadership, as well as familiarity with technology, Microsoft suite, and office equipment.
  • Skills: Flexible schedule, ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and passion for STEM education.

  • Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.
