Transaction Compliance Specialist

At William Raveis Real Estate, Mortgage & Insurance, we are looking for a skilled Transaction Compliance Specialist to join our Accounting Team. This role involves transaction compliance and processing for multiple offices, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of transaction data into Skyslope/AppFiles and Romio (Profit Power commission accounting software).
- Verify selling price, listing/selling percentage, and commission accuracy in Romio data.
- Create 'team spreadsheets' for commission payments and obtain approval from lead 'Mega' agent.

Requirements:
- Excellent understanding of real estate transactions, MLS systems, and Microsoft 365 Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with agents and other stakeholders.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience.
