Job Title: Regional Transaction Coordinator Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Regional Transaction Coordinator to join our team at William Raveis Real Estate, Mortgage & Insurance. This role plays a critical part in supporting our sales team in executing Residential Real Estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage listings, sales, and rentals in Skyslope/AppFiles for compliance ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Conduct daily audits of MLS-to-Skyslope to ensure activity for all listing and deals transactions have been entered.
- Review paperwork in Skyslope and notify agents of any incomplete or missing information/forms.

Requirements:
- Strong understanding of MLS systems, real estate knowledge, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask to meet the demands of central processing.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, typing accuracy, and speed on computer. The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
