Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Progressive Care Coord PRN. As a key member of our healthcare family, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our medical center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate staffing and scheduling of personnel in the department.
- Manage and fulfill day-to-day operations.
- Oversee orientation of new staff members.
- Augment staffing level as needed.
- Participate in quality improvement processes.
- Support and maintain an environment that promotes quality patient care.
Requirements:
- ADN or BSN degree in Nursing.
- RN licensure in Texas or compact state.
- Two years of clinical experience in Medical-Surgical nursing.
- Ability to develop a staff schedule.
- Critical thinking ability.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
