Job Summary:

As a Contract Returns Associate III at Della Infotech, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the product return and replacement process. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support to the department, RMA Production Control, and Vendor Returns with RMA research, administrative tasks, training, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and process RMA requests, including issuing credits to customers, system research, and contacts Sales for issue resolution.
  • Enter outbound sales orders to return product to customers and charge appropriately.
  • Monitor repair parts pool for customer engagements and contact customers for Post-Production Services' warranty programs.
  • Investigate and research root causes and process defective and nonconforming product.
  • Follow up with vendor returns group to expedite returned product with suppliers and supply data to supplier quality for trends in returned product.
  • Investigate and resolve resale/costing issues by working with finance, as needed.
  • Report RMA issuance and Vendor returns metrics.

Requirements:
  • Typically requires a 2-year degree and 2-4 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience.
  • May require specific certifications.
