Job Title: Collections Specialist

As a Collections Specialist at Aston Carter, you will be responsible for managing customer disputes and required actions, updating notes in the collection system, and processing repossessions and bankruptcy documentation. You will also be responsible for processing change requests in Salesforce and Get Paid Systems, establishing and maintaining files and records, and preparing recurring reports. Additionally, you will assist customers with tracking returns and credits and have experience with collecting on large accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer disputes and required actions
  • Update notes in the collection system
  • Process repossessions and bankruptcy documentation
  • Process change requests in Salesforce and Get Paid Systems
  • Establish and maintain files and records
  • Prepare recurring reports
  • Assist customers with tracking returns and credits

Requirements:

  • Experience with collecting on large accounts
  • Customer Service skills
  • AR experience

Work Environment:

This is a fully on-site position in Phoenix, Arizona. You will be working in an in-office, team environment with a focus on growth and development.
