Qualifications for the Nurse Practitioner Role:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an acute care setting.
  • Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner.
  • Active and unrestricted state Nurse Practitioner license.
  • Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance.
  • Strong assessment skills, with a requirement for recertification for Hospice patients.
  • Willingness to engage in a community-oriented role that involves travel between patient visits.
  • Possession of a Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) number is mandatory.
  • National Provider Identifier (NPI) is required.
