Qualifications for the Nurse Practitioner Role:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an acute care setting.
- Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Active and unrestricted state Nurse Practitioner license.
- Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance.
- Strong assessment skills, with a requirement for recertification for Hospice patients.
- Willingness to engage in a community-oriented role that involves travel between patient visits.
- Possession of a Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) number is mandatory.
- National Provider Identifier (NPI) is required.
