**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Provide accurate and efficient service to customers
* Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
* Maintain accurate records and reports
* Stay up-to-date on industry developments and product knowledge
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Six months of customer service experience required
* Prior insurance experience preferred
* Bilingual in English and Spanish required
