About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our UX designers and conversion managers in identifying optimization potentials through UX research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and synthesize user and customer feedback from various sources, such as customer surveys and reviews

  • Conduct competitive analyses: Regular comparison of competitor websites in collaboration with other colleagues in the eCommerce sector
  • Develop user personas and create customer journeys
Requirements
  • You are studying at a university or technical college. Preferred courses of study in the fields of design & interaction design, digital design, communication design, business informatics, business administration, and marketing
  • You think analytically about quantitative evaluation of user experiences and achieving business goals (e.g. with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
  • You have empathy for users to qualitatively evaluate user experiences
  • You have a basic understanding of visual design and have some experience with user experience design
  • You have an affinity for domain, hosting, and cloud applications
  • You have good German and English skills
