Job Title: SR. Residential Energy Efficiency Program Associate

Resource Innovations is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SR. Residential Energy Efficiency Program Associate to join our team in Illinois. As a key member of our Residential Program team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our efforts to promote energy efficiency and sustainability in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Program Managers in project development, tracking, and analysis, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of results.
  • Edit and format program documents and reports to ensure professional presentation and grammar accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and escalate issues, recommending strategies to address them.
  • Provide administrative support to project teams, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Represent Resource Innovations in a professional manner at customer meetings, trade shows, and community events.
  • Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results within allocated budget and timeframes.
  • Track multiple task or project deadlines, alerting managers in advance of potential conflicts.
  • Bring a positive, action-oriented attitude to the workplace, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as energy, environment, public policy, or technical field.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in a related field.
  • Preferred certifications: BPI or CEM.
  • Familiarity with building science and energy efficiency principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM software a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Commitment to high-quality customer service and ability to address customer concerns.
  • Flexibility to work with diverse team members and dynamic project demands.
  • Interest or experience in energy or sustainability fields.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems, recommend solutions, and identify process improvements.
