In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the TA team, coordinating pre-employment activities, screening and sourcing, maintaining candidate databases, reporting, and assisting with various recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Employment Administration: Coordinate and manage the pre-employment process for candidates, ensuring timely completion of required activities.
- Sourcing and Screening: Assist with scheduling, coordinating, and screening across various teams, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Candidate Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with candidates, providing updates and responding to inquiries promptly.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Assist in updating information within the ATS with candidate details, interview notes, and hiring statuses, ensuring data accuracy.
- Job Postings and Audits: Assist in crafting, updating, and posting job advertisements, frequently auditing for accuracy.
- Reporting: Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other HR team members to align recruitment efforts with organizational needs and goals.
- Confidentiality and Compliance: Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive candidate information and ensure all hiring practices align with company policies and employment laws.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a recruiting, HR or administrative support role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, focusing on delivering a positive candidate experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software (Greenhouse preferred, but not required).
- A team-oriented mindset, willing to collaborate and contribute to a positive work environment.
