Job Description:


As a key member of the Envista team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing the company's global transfer pricing policies. This involves staying up-to-date with new developments, such as business restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, tax planning initiatives, and tax law changes.


You will oversee external advisors and lead Envista's global transfer pricing compliance, including the preparation and review of its master file, local files, and cost sharing documentation.


Additionally, you will lead the operational transfer pricing (OTP) for Envista, including the review of OTP transfer pricing calculations and the coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure the operational aspects of TP are efficiently executed across the organization.


Another key responsibility will be to prepare and review intercompany agreements in conjunction with internal and external counsel to ensure Envista's global transfer pricing policies are appropriately implemented and maintained.


You will also collaborate with external advisors and cross-functional teams to govern Envista's Country-by-Country reporting, including its U.S./local CbC filings and global CbC notifications.


Furthermore, you will assist with tax audit defense for Envista entities related to transfer pricing aspects.


Supporting global tax planning initiatives, including analysis, development, and implementation, will also be a key aspect of this role.


Finally, you will support Envista's Pillar Two reporting.


Job Requirements:


A Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Business or Accounting is required.


8-10+ years of transfer pricing or related experience with a combination of public accounting and industry experience is preferred.


Ability to work independently on transfer pricing projects with limited oversight is essential.


Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. transfer pricing regulations and OECD transfer pricing principles is required.


Proficiency in MS-Excel and MS-Visio is also required.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


A Graduate degree, PhD and/or professional certifications is preferred.


Big 4 experience working with multi-national businesses is preferred.


Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.


Excellent listening and interpersonal skills are also required.


Strong customer-service orientation is necessary.


Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language is essential.


Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail, is required.


Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is essential.


Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is also required.


Possess a positive, energetic, and happy attitude.


Target Market Salary Range:


Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs.

At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.


The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
