You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, design and implement effective quality control measures/data analytics and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., engineering, science) is required; an advanced degree (e.g., Master's) is preferred.At least 5 years of experience in the medical device industry, with a focus on quality control and regulatory compliance.In-depth knowledge of statistical analysis, data modeling, and proficiency in relevant data analysis tools.Previous experience in utilizing statistical techniques for yield improvement in a manufacturing environment.Strong proficiency in data visualization tools for communicating complex data insights.Advanced skills in spreadsheet applications and statistical software.Experience using Statistical Process Control Methods and tools such as MiniTab to ensure that production yield targets or met and maintained.Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing quality systems in accordance with regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA QSR).
