Well established MedTech contract manufacturer that has seen double digit growth over the last 24 months since an acquisition is looking for strong talent to bolster their team.Quality Control ManagerFirst years compensation package is up to $165k with full benefitsThe Quality Control Manager is responsible developing and implementing robust quality control processes to maintain and improve the quality of our products/services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, design and implement effective quality control measures/data analytics and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., engineering, science) is required; an advanced degree (e.g., Master's) is preferred.At least 5 years of experience in the medical device industry, with a focus on quality control and regulatory compliance.In-depth knowledge of statistical analysis, data modeling, and proficiency in relevant data analysis tools.Previous experience in utilizing statistical techniques for yield improvement in a manufacturing environment.Strong proficiency in data visualization tools for communicating complex data insights.Advanced skills in spreadsheet applications and statistical software.Experience using Statistical Process Control Methods and tools such as MiniTab to ensure that production yield targets or met and maintained.Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing quality systems in accordance with regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA QSR).
