Night Shift (11:30 PM - 8:00 AM)

Qualifications:

  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Long Term Care settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and guide nursing staff at the Veterans' Assisted Living Facility, ensuring comprehensive care for residents.
  • Monitor compliance with nursing standards and ensure that residents receive optimal care.
  • Manage staffing assignments to address absences and maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular rounds to assess resident needs and ensure quality of care.
  • Maintain adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations governing nursing practice.
  • Participate in ongoing education and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Complete necessary documentation and reports related to nursing care and incidents.
