About the Role

The Parker Jewish Institute for Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled RN-Community Health Liaison to join our Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the growth and development of our Community Health Services Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new referral sources in the community and strengthen relationships with existing ones
  • Visit organizations, physician offices, hospitals, and assisted living facilities to educate and inform referral sources and patients about home health options
  • Track and document sales activity to ensure lead tracking and follow-up
  • Bring workable patient referrals to the agency
Requirements
  • NYS RN License
  • Degree in Nursing
  • Demonstrated experience in a marketing, sales, or outreach role in a home care, community health, or similar healthcare setting
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
