Job Overview

Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled RN-Community Health Liaison to join our Marketing team. This role will play a key part in the growth and development of our Community Health Services Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new referral sources in the community and strengthen relationships with existing ones.
  • Visit organizations, physician offices, hospitals, and assisted living facilities to educate and inform referral sources and patients about home health options.
  • Track and document sales activity to ensure lead tracking and follow-up.
  • Bring workable patient referrals to the agency.

Position Qualifications
  • NYS RN License.
  • Degree in Nursing.
  • Demonstrated experience in a marketing, sales, or outreach role in a home care, community health, or similar healthcare setting.
