Business Development Lead
CannonDesign is seeking a seasoned Business Development Lead to drive growth and expansion in our Los Angeles office. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing strategic plans to achieve top-line growth, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and expansion in the Los Angeles office
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth and expansion
- Collaborate with the Office Practice Leader and Director of Business Development to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve top-line growth
- Monitor and manage the pipeline of qualified Class 6A and 6B opportunities to ensure consistent growth and expansion
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of related work experience in marketing/business development roles
- Proven experience in the development and implementation of marketing business plans
- Proven track record of developing significant relationships that increase the opportunity pipeline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT) required
- Experience with CRM Platforms, such as Salesforce, a plus
