Adjunct Faculty Position

Pasco-Hernando State College is seeking a qualified Adjunct Instructor to teach radiography courses. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, preparing, and delivering high-quality instruction to students.
Responsibilities- Design and deliver engaging and relevant coursework to meet the educational needs of assigned students.
- Provide accommodations for students with disabilities and collaborate with the Director of Disabilities Services to ensure reasonable accommodations are provided.
- Develop and distribute course syllabi, including requirements outlined in the Syllabus Template, and submit copies to the Academic Dean and Provost.
- Submit examinations and grade rosters to the Provost, Academic Dean, and/or Associate Dean as requested.
- Maintain accurate student records and submit them to College personnel within established deadlines.
- Assess student progress and post grades.
- Offer academic assistance to students, including a minimum of one office hour per week, and participate in professional development activities.
- Adhere to College and departmental policies.
- Associate in Science degree in radiography from a regionally accredited institution.
- Current, unrestricted Florida licensure and American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
- Minimum of four (4) years of work experience in the field.
Experience in facilitating adult learning is preferred.
