Key Responsibilities as a Customer Service Cashier:
  • Welcome every customer with a friendly demeanor, express gratitude for their business, and encourage their return.
  • Provide a swift, courteous, and professional checkout experience.
  • Recommend purchases to customers to highlight store promotions.
  • Accurately process sales and merchandise, ensuring customers are informed of available discounts while adhering to company policies and legal regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness both inside and outside the store.
  • Restock shelves, displays, and coolers as necessary.
  • Ensure cleanliness in food service areas and equipment.
  • Follow proper sanitation and food handling procedures.
  • Label, rotate, and stock shelves and displays appropriately.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Availability to meet the demands of a 24/7 operation, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
  • Prior experience as a Cashier or in Customer Service is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Strong communication skills with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to lead by example and consistently do the right thing.
  • A collaborative spirit, as teamwork is essential.
  • Quick thinking and adaptability to changing situations.
  • Must meet legal age requirements for selling regulated products.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
