Job Description

Ascentec Engineering, LLC is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, be detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be a team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer service metrics and targets

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
