**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Client Manager I to join our team at PCV Murcor, Inc. As a Client Manager I, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day relationship with our clients, ensuring 100% client satisfaction, and working closely with internal departments to resolve client issues.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
  • Work with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery of orders and resolve client issues
  • Proactively identify potential problems and provide resolution
  • Negotiate client fees and vendor fees as needed

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree or higher preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, call center environment, and fast-paced experience
  • Prior knowledge of customer service principles and real estate and appraisal management knowledge preferred
  • Detailed-oriented with excellent analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
