About the Role

Cruise America is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Rental Agent to join our team. As a key member of our rental team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless rental experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Rental Contract Processing: Process RV rental contract transactions, check-ins, check-outs, and exchanges.
  • Vehicle Familiarization: Provide vehicle familiarization tours and answer customer questions.
  • Reservation Management: Book vehicle reservations for future pickup and manage customer reservations.
  • Cross-Selling: Cross-sell additional packages and services to enhance the customer experience.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors as needed, and perform routine vehicle checks.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the rental team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Physical Demands: Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
  • Work Environment: Normal retail environment with frequent customer interaction.
